4th Fix

[Quinn Hatch is, by nature, a people person. A party person. Mayfield is way too quiet and boring for his tastes, not to mention that he's a bit lonely and homesick. Working as a teacher has kept him busier than he thought it would, and the daily grind tough on him. Today though, he's calling out to chillax! You may find him:

1. Working in his garage on Brady Lane. From within, his regained laptop and stereo system are set up and are positively BLARING music at a drone-unacceptable level. He looks quite content though, working on something in there with some newly-acquired tools. The music is all different kinds - rock, metal, dance, rap, Quinn listens to it all. Come rock out/find out what he's doing/complain?

2. Later in the evening at the tavern. He doesn't want to drink alone, and you look like a good-looking friendly stranger! Look out, because he's sitting down next to you. If you're nice enough he might even buy you a drink.

3. Later that evening, stealing car parts. That might be your car he's harvesting. Whoops! He was meaning to get drones' cars, but who can tell in the dark, or after you've had a few too many. Double-whoops. But as far as he knows, it's the best and really only way to collect what he needs to build things.

[April was doing her usual thing of walking around town when the sound of loud, not-1950s music catches her attention. Tech-geek senses tingling, she goes to investigate and will be peering into the garage while blinking in amazement. Ohgod there's modern technology here squeee!]

[He's a bit absorbed in his work, so he doesn't notice you at first. Once he turns around, he will. He attempts to say something over the music, then decides it's probably easier to turn it down a bit.]

Ah, hi! Umm, I-I'm just wondering, what's that? [Nods to the stereo system. She has a vague idea, but she doesn't see this sort of tech back home much and it's vastly different from what she's seeing in front of her.]

That? That is one of my gorgeous laptops and a set of 5.1 surround sound speakers. This is part of my music set up from home. The town sent it back to me last week!

[Blinks before her expression turns to one of amazement.] Woah, that's pretty cool! [Peers again at the sound system.] A part of it? Ummm, what other stuff do you have back home, i-if you don't mind me asking? [She's so curious, she hasn't geeked out about tech in a while!]

Are ya kiddin'? I could sit here all day an' list everythin' I got. But as far as music goes? I got lots of DJing and sound equipment. It's a hobby. I help out my musician friends, occasionally do my own gigs... I got a cousin who's a really talented musician, so I try to help him out too.
